I know it’s COVID but the line was long but one you’re in you’re in

There was a line outside of the store and there was no one to monitor that customers were remaining at a safe distance while waiting to be serviced. Not to mention there was no option to order online and pick up at the store which is a safer option during these times.

Very long wait time to get in.

Requested a charm for my sister and found there were only 2 charms to pick from. I thought Pandora would have a variety to choose from.

I satisfy everything. Nothing wrong in store.

Prices are too high for product

The wait was a little extensive. I know due to COVID-19 regulations, but it was tiring to wait outside the store while others inside leisurely shopped. I was disappointed that there were not a great variety of selections. Many pieces that I looked at in the book where unavailable or discontinued .

I was satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my experience to Pandora. The service was great, and everyone was so soothing. My experience was overall a good one and the cleanses of the room was great and everything went pretty fast.
