The sales representative was not as helpful as I was expecting. The store didn't have any of the charms that I was looking for. The sales representative had no knowledge for any of the charms.

The only thing I’m not happy about the bracelet I brought is that one of my letter came off while I was wearing it and I don’t know how this happen had to buy another not happy about that at all I hope I don’t have that problem with this flat bracelets again I think I should be Reimburse for BB my charm that came off and idk how smh

My sale associate didn’t know how to tie a bow, the manager told us not more than two people in the store I was in a party of 3 but when other customers came they where allowed in, she didn’t explain my purchase to me she was more interested with making a sale

Price a little bit high Merchandise But I like pandora

I went on a sunday which was busy. But I was still attended to regardless of how meny people were there. Staff was very friendly.

I just think that display of necklaces should be almost the same as your charms.

I do not know much about this products. but I know my grand daughter like it.

Customer service is great

Busy time. Line is long, outside of store. Should be a plan as everybody know that this time is busy.

During holiday I understand the line and lack of staff, just waited a long time in the line and waited a while to be helped.
