Pandora Jewelry

I was highly satisfied with my visit to the menlo park Pandora store..the sales associate. Very nice friendly and knows your oroducts well. And gave great recommendations.

I was upset because the bracelet broke while I was on vacation. And it was the second piece of jewelry I returned. But the staff was wonderful and their always kind

Bought an expensive ring and it cracked. Not good quality! This is the third time this happens with an item purchased at Pandora. Not a fan anymore.

They didn’t have much choice to choose from and it seem like they were more interested in the money then the friendliness to the customer

While at this Pandora I left two of my bracelets to be cleaned. When I returned to pick up my bracelets, the staff had changed. The staff that was there when I picked up my bracelets were disinterested and the one lady telling the others what to do was rude. She ignored my friend when my friend spoke to her. She handed me my bracelets without speaking. I had to ask her to open them so I could put them back on.

Waiting time, products are too expensive for the quality, guarantees unliked, poor customer service

The sales associate was not really “into” her job it seemed. Not rude but not very nice either. I have experienced much better, enthusiastic service at most other locations, but in the end I got what I needed...

the staff is very friendly and accommodating the pandora charms are very beautiful and very intricately detailed. the current sale was a huge value

The jewelry on display was scratched and dirty and I was being sold that. I asked for a newer one. It was not until I noticed a scratch mark where another I got another one from the drawer.
