I was satisfied with the service but I found out during my visit that the Pandora that I visit yesterday plus the one that I shop in for Christmas time for my family are not consider sister store. I had to create a new customer number and that if I am going to that other Pandora; I must bring my receipt if I needed assistance with the purchase I did yesterday because it would not have it on record what I just bought in this Pandora. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service and visual and cleanliness of this location.

It was okay. This was my 1st Pandora purchase and I signed in but there seemed to not be enough staff as I waited at least 15 mins to be serviced. I wasn’t in a rush but it was noticeable. The gentlemen was nice and helped me pick out charms but one thing he didn’t show me was how to change or add charms if I wanted to. Otherwise he experience was good.

The wait line was about 20 minutes and sales person couldn’t find ( locate) the bracelate I was looking for . It took her another 10 minutes to find it.

I have experience twice already that every time I go into the pandora store I don’t feel welcomed. It’s like they don’t care for my money. I feel that they should greet and ask if one needs help rather than assume that one is only looking around. Thank You.
