Only thing I was disappointed in was to hear that you get a one year warranty of cleaning. When I was told from a friend that every year you get a cleaning.

Honestly I only came in because my mother loves this place and it was her birthday. The store is lovely, the staff is lovely, don't get me wrong. I'm just not your target clientele. I am very glad you had the labor day promo though. It was very useful. Actually made me want to purchase more than I needed.

I was not exceptionally satisfied. The ring was a bit more than I wanted to pay. It’s just another store in a mall.

The only I had is that a certain piece was sold out when I got there. I was looking for a birthstone. But I always have more than one choice when I go to the store.

I love Pandora. I currently have a bracelet with all your Disney Park exclusives over the past couple of years (I go a lot to Disneyland and Walt Disney World). I wanted to get a crown charm while it was on sale. They were sold out. I ended up getting the tiara at full price and a color bead which I'm less than happy with how it looks. I have been trying to get my bracelet cleaned but I am always told at various stores including this one they are too busy. This representative was lovely and tried to spruce up my bracelet with a suede cloth, which I really appreciated her effort. Just for how helpful she was, I would go back to that store and try again. Thank you. You have a great product, I really enjoy all the memories we have stored in each new piece we add.

I was in the store at least ten minutes before I was advised that there was a sign in sheet for customer service. I was literally standing at the counter in front of two salespeople and no one bothered to greet me or ensure that I had signed in for service. They just proceeded as if I wasn’t even there. When I tried to get service from someone who was free I was then told to sign in. I waited another fifteen minutes and I was finally serviced and I immediately advised the salesperson that I should have been spoken to as soon as I entered the establishment. She happened to be the manager and she apologized but I am still disappointed with the service there.

It was nice to sign in and be attended. I see the sales more personal. Store was very friendly and greets you the minute you walk in. Jaitaya was very pleasant and patient with me. this alone is admirable.
