The wait was to long to get in the store

Overall experience was good, sales girl was very helpful and patient. Somewhat disappointed that the store ran out of the free jewelry box that was supposed to come with purchases over $125

Whenever I shop at this location the salesperson has to ask another salesperson or manager about a product. It appears that they do not know their merchandise 100%.

I have been looking for a charm that is not in stock for the last couple of weeks. The 3 generations charm

The first sales associate was not pleasant at all, I gave her my ring to clean and she was very rude.So I asked another sales associate to help me with my purchase

The store didn't have a bracelet in stock and the store itself was overly hot.

The wait time for assistance. But they had a good system to ensure that there was no confusion as to who was next
