The people working there were really nice and helpful. They were always available and didn't mind being asked questions. Most importantly they didn't give me attitude like in some stores.

The store didn't have the first choice of charm that I wanted to purchase for my sister.

I walked into the store at 7:59pm to clean my current ring and they told me they cannot clean anything after 8pm. The sales associate tried to clean my ring with a cloth but that didnt do much.

Nicole was helpful and helped me create a vision. She is outstanding and was patient with me throughout my 2 trips there. Her friendliness and professionalism were the reasons I returned. Nicole is #1. I had hoped for better sale prices, none were available at those times.

I have nothing bad to say . I love everything I have bought from pandora .

Everything was pretty good besides the prices confusion. I was checking out your website and I realize that if you buy $100 worth of item, and you get a free ring or a pair of earrings along with it, but I was told in store that I still have to pay the difference, so basically it was not free! But other than that everything else was perfectly fine. Thank you...

i find that some of the merchandise is overpriced. I also don't love that most of the bracelets say "pandora" on it

there was a 40% off event going on.I had to wait 40 minutes before being waited on.I put my name on the list, there was confusion as to who was next.I was passed over more than once, and I waited patiently since it was busy, and I wanted certain charms for my bracelet.I left my bracelet for polishing.I had to sign back in to pick it up.I was done with my purchase.I should not have to sign back in to pick it up.

I found what I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. The charm was beautiful and the stopper was in Stock The associate was smiling and pleasant as she added the pieces to my bracelet

Less options for the 17cm size on sale. Wasn’t able to find the bracelet in my size for half hour. Finally got one which I purchased. Problem was I wasn’t even able to find my size in the non discounted items as well to atleast be able to check my size
