The selection was a bot limited from the showcases and there are so many options in the books etc. I suggest that you lay the charms out on a large scale for customers to have total visibility. Another alternative is to set up an electronic display mechanism that is tied into real time inventory.

The speed of the wait. Had to wait online and they didn’t give me an opinion to purchase online and pick up. Doing that would’ve had a shorter wait time

I ordered charms for pick up and she would not give me box’s for them she said that’s only for customers that buy in store not pick up

The women who attended me was very pushy on trying to get me to buy stuff after I already decided I was going to buy two rings she get getting my to try and buy 4 rings

Person who helped was annoyed as I was asking to see additional options for necklaces, when in reality I had only seen 2. Bought something and just left.

The sales associate had no respect. Told us if we are not buying anything she will deal with other customers, with a very rude attitude.. I have the right to walk around and look at every piece carefully no matter what the case is, and we were there to buy a bat mitzvah gift so there was nothing specific in our minds. She rushed us to our decision. During payment she put an iPad in front of us to enter info, device was disgustingly dirty and full of finger prints. Covid times or not, it's not acceptable either, shows no care and disrespect. Happy with Pandora products as always, but not with the sales associate at all. She needs training or attitude adjustments if not this specific one is not the right person for the job.

Both staff were least interested in showing all the merchandise. It felt like they were so grumpy and it was only start of the day. Sale listed in the trays were bait and switch.

My sales rep gave me the impression that she was in a rush and just wanted to get to the next customer waiting outside the door in line. I waited 15 -20 minutes to make my purchase rushing me out the door.
