Received charms for Christmas and because I didn't have the person's email address I was unable to exchange the charms. She stated she could wait until I was able to get the purchaser on the phone to get his information.

my salesperson was showing and explaining merchandise to me and one of her boss or associate keep interrupting her. Next time, wait until the salesperson finishes her explanation

The associate that helped me did the bare minimum. It didn’t seem like she wanted to help and was slightly disrespectful.She didn’t want help put the ring on when I had a lot of bags to hold and didn’t believe me on ring sizes.

The individual who attended us was knowledgeable of the item. However, was stating this item is too expensive. As if she knew my income status, which I found it was rude.

I need to buy 16cm bracelets (2) (which I will buy online when the stoppers become available) and charm stopper (2) which were sold out in the store. Unfortunately, not due to the sales associate, who attempted to locate the merchandise for me in another store, but did not have them either. It even seems your stopper for the "me" collection is sold out online too. If I cannot acquire these items I plan to return the charms since I will not have the necessary items to give as gifts to my granddaughters.

Sales associates were not friendly and somewhat rude. They looked annoyed to be working there. Very disappointed as I have many years of customer service and have never treated a customer or client in that manner.

Employee who attended me reeked of cigarettes (not a pleasant smell when shopping for jewelry) her attitude was very dry almost as if she hated her job
