Sales person tried real hard to enroll me in store credit card. She continued the conversation for about 20 minute on this subject during this time I declined multiple times.

I went to that store so they could clean my tarnished bracelet along with its charms. Sales associate did not seem very enthusiastic to help me and I was not satisfied with the end result. At the time of purchase, I was not told to keep my jewelry in a zipped bag and to be honest, "oxygen tarnishes our jewelry" is not a legitimate excuse. Had I been told this was the case, I would have never purchased any of their products.

I wasn't very familiar with Pandora and when I purchased 2 clips the woman never explained to me that this clips have pieces in them that wear within time. So when I immediately noticed the movement of the clips I went back into the store. Another salesperson explained that there's some clips that already have the mechanical device installed to stop the charms from moving. So that to me was a little disturbing, knowing that was the reason for purchasing these clips. She should've explained this and I would've just went with the more costly clips that do not move. By this time I was a little aggravated and kept the original clips.

The associate that helped me was very blah and i felt like i was rushed to pick what i wanted. She didnt help with suggestions or ask questions to what i was looking for. I returned a piece due to size and they didnt have my size. She didnt offer to order it or call another store

When I entered the store, the employee didn’t care to great me. There wa one associate helping one customer and the other making some changes in one of the displays, neither associate bother to say hello or I’ll be right with or nothing. I waited because it was Friday after 8pm and the next day was my wife’s birthday, so I had no time to go somewhere else.

the sales associate worked really slow and she was not knowledgeable of the location of pieces i was looking for. she also misguided me and told me a safety chain wouldnt work for my bracelet but when i went to another store they told me that was not true at all
