Mall opened at 9. Got to Pandora at 9. Was told Pandora will not open until 10. By the time I got back to Pandora, I had to wait at least half an hour on line. Ridiculous!

Sandra salespersons no. is 149555 she told me she will not let me shop in there any more because I got upset with her who does she think she is I’m a mother a wife a daughter and have 4 girls also I am a Christian all my daughters shop there too she always is very belligerent it’s not the first time the big manager t was not there today 10-29-22 I can go any where with my money if she does not make me shop there none of my daughters will buy pandora any more Sandra in the menlo mall in Edison new jersey pandora is very bossy if she harasses me again my husband said he will write to the better business bureau and the ceo I complained to t before she don’t care andextend

We where in pandora for almost 2 hours the engraving machine just stopped working while doing me and my boyfriend templates and the templates didn’t have the right piece for the machine they said they have to tell the company

I waited in line for over an hour, and when it was finally my turn i was told to wait, and the person who was behind me on line got helped first. So, I had to wait inside the store to see the rings another 20 minutes. The manager also had an attitude. I also wanted my rings to be cleaned and they couldn’t even accommodate me with the ring cleaner after waiting so long.

the lady who i had waited twenty minutes for was just very rude. she seemed like she didn’t want to talk or be near me, stared at me when i had not known my purchase was complete, and just was very unwelcoming.
