I came to exchange one ring for another size in which that one I had no problem exchanging because I had purchased it a week prior. However I also asked if it would be possible to exchange another ring that I received a few days earlier from a friend who did not give me a gift receipt. The entire time the associate was giving me a lecture about not having a receipt, despite me having told her that it was a gift and I did not get one. Additionally, on my own purchase from a week ago, I received a discount, and while checking out she tried to charge me the difference, getting rid of the discount despite me getting the same ring just a new size, when I questioned the charge, she then proceeded to continue her previous lecture saying that she just explained to me that some people get discounts and they have to know the price of the ring to exchange, which made no sense considering she brought up my purchase on her tablet. After pointing out it was the same ring to her she asked something to the other associate and then rang me up again without informing me of anything that she was doing, she just gave me my new receipt and said have a nice day, in the end she did not charge me.

I have 7 charms that are broken, only one that was able to be replaced is one I purchased in august of 2020, where as another one of the charms that is broken that was also purchased around that time that’s broken and it was was not replaced. I was told it was due to it being a sale item which it was no longer made after 2019. There is still a year policy on them if there damaged which means something should had been done to correct the problem.the other 5 charms were gifts and I was told I was just out of luck as far as those go. I have been purchasing from pandora for 12 years, going to that store for 7 years. I have 5 bracelets 4 that are completely filled charms and this is the first time I’ve ran into an issue like this. I was highly disappointed. It makes me want to discontinue my purchases all together not make any other purchases or ask for any charms as gifts

I went to the store during my lunch break to find out that only one person is allowed in the store, although there were 3 sales people.I had to stay outside the store for ten minutes. This is not acceptable. Once I was in there I was told I had to stay away from people. It was very uncomfortable

The sales associate was extremely rude and seemed bothered by my questions. I asked for availability of items and she commented that it was the day after mother's day and there was a huge sale so what could i expect. She pointed to the different types of bracelets, but yet there were others to choose from- which i was shown only after my continued inquiries. I feel foolish for paying full price, but my son needed the gift for his girlfriend. When i asked for certain types of charms i was shown one tray and told that's all they have, but when i walked around i found other items. I was then scolded for walking around and told to look in a catalog. There was only one other couple shopping in the store. What should have been fun, first time buying a gift for a girl, was awful. I will never shop at that location again and I will be sure to let my family and friends know this. I have never been treated that rudely in a store where i was prepared to make a purchase.

The associate has no idea of your products. We asked her for a few items and she had no idea what we were looking for. We asked her to call another store and she said she couldn’t.

The store was closing at 9pm. The sale person was rushing and letting us know that she had to be home and food shop an hour prior. We needed spending close to $300.
