Better customer service

Went to the store to exchange a charm for a bracelet. The thing is that I bought the bracelet, left the charm at the store and just realized the assistent didn't make the exchange after I checked the receipt about 30 min after, while shopping in another store. I return to the store and had my problem solved, but got upset about what happened. Since the beginning I told the assistant I was exchanging, but she didn't make it. I felt bad!

The associate that assisted me, Michele S. No. 155673, was uninviting, unfriendly, unenthusiastic, snarky attitude, suspicious when it came to my account because I asked to change my email to my current email I use often saying "Are you sure this is your account, because you could be changing someone elses email"(this is literally exactly what she said), pushing products on me and falling dead silent awkwardly after I said no thank you and made snarky comments when I asked to have the ring I was wearing cleaned(which was also a ring from PANDORA because I only wear PANDORA). She also seemed to be an unknowing-know-it-all because I asked if the Timeless Elegance ring name was changed and if that would effect me being able to replace the stone that fell out on my ring for free since I thought timeless elegance was retired and renamed as Square Sparkle Halo Ring. She almost rolled her eyes and said snarkily insisted, "You must have been on a fake website because it's still named Timeless Elegance". I almost want to return the ring I bought from this store because of how much I disliked how I was treated here by Michele S. and how well I have been treated at other PANDORAs.

I’ve come here over 20 times to make thousands of dollars worth of purchases & girls in this store are so pushy and even rude. Unfortunately i come in and see some of the same rude girls and was planning on just walking out n start buying my stuff online. but Jair greeted me and helped me this time and was my saving grace and would be the only reason I return to the store. I’m not sure why everyone is so rude. Oh and returns forget it it’s like your asking them for the winning lottery numbers. Impossible

When I purchased a ring at the Pandora located in Menlo Park Mall, the sales associate was very unwelcoming and rude. She had an attitude and seemed to only be serving me because she had to.

The sales manager we experienced was not that friendly also her attitude originally towards us was not pleasant her. Her demeanor did not change until she seen the amount of money that was being spent with our transaction.

i walked in no one told me sign in. looked around few minutes then i asked i need help. Girl told me sign in. After i signed in no one called me. They skipped me then called 4 people behind me. Until i said did you see my name on a list ???? They ( All young girls ) stared oh oh oh what's my name. Horrible Horrible Horrible

I came home and three days later opened the bag and the charm was not in the box I was so upset because I didn’t know if anyone would believe me. I called the store and spoke to Ruby and she said they will give me a new one if I bring everything in. I am going to do that today.

THe sales associate did not know the merchandise at all and had to look everything up online. I actually knew the merchandise better than her. She also was EXTREMELY slow and not very friendly. She definitely needed more training of the merchandise. In addition, she didn't even offer us the free jewelry box that I was entitled to with my purchase. I had to ask her if I was supposed to get that and she had to do a separate transaction for that. It was s really frustrating and slow experience.

The staff were generally unhelpful and made a point of ignoring me and my daughter. After several minutes, they made a loud announcement that there was a sign up sheet to receive assistance. There was only one other customer in store and they were already being helped but no one would acknowledge us until I found the sheet (under the elbow of the other customer being helped, not visible without searching) and wrote my name. A rep then said "oh, you're next" and offered to help. This is ridiculous. There was no wait and multiple available representatives. Two years ago I had a bad experience in this store and have avoided it in favor of the more customer friendly store in Woodbridge NJ, but tried again because it was convenient. Never again.
