The manager did not let me swap the main charm that was part of a gift set. The gift set display indicated I could, and even though I showed her she still refused. I have pictures to prove. I made a complain already through pandora and have yet to hear from anyone.

I am very satisfied with the sales person and with all your beautiful jewelry sandy the assistant manager is a sweetheart sweet as sugar thanks

The employee that helped me was very rude. Did not offer any help with looking at merchandise. She threw the ring sized at me, did not place my ring in a box, she had an extremely bad attitude the entire time I was there.

The associate did not seem interested, I was supposed to buy more but I decided to just get what my daughter wanted, she didn't even give us a bag or anything because my daughter already wore it, we asked too and she just brushed it off

Associate did not seem like she wanted to help me at all. She did not offer any opinions even thought she saw I was struggling. She seemed annoyed when i was asking questions. She kept dropping the item i was purchasing and did not handle it with care.

I had a very poor experience with the sales associate, Sandy. She was extremely rude and ruined my entire experience at Pandora. I came for something for my grandmother and was repulsed by the customer service that Sandy exhibited.

Never going to pandora in menlo mall that sales associate did not want to help me at all and had an attitude me and my mom were just looking at charms she didn’t even want to switch the trays for us to see the other charms that was very unprofessional. Also she was giving us attitude and didn’t want to talk to us the whole time she changed her attitude once she saw that we wanted to buy things and she would get commission for it. I’m very unsatisfied with her she treated me like a sale for her own good not a friendly environment with her she should not be working there with that kind of attitude. I do have to say the manager I think it was, she was very nice and got my bracelet cleaned for my mom the other girl that was helping us didn’t want to but after we said we would purchase the cleaning kit she wanted to. Will never return to her again she makes pandora a bad place where I don’t want to go in.
