Rubina, the sales associate was very unfriendly. When I told her the ring I went in for, she kept pushing me to buy other ones, even though I already told her I didn’t like stacking rings. Also, when I asked her if she could polish the ring I was exchanging, she responded “the ring is brand new! Nobody has touched it except for me. It has been sitting in the case!” Usually when I buy a piece of pandora from my usual store, they always polish it before boxing it up, and they’re all new pieces too. I have never been treated so terrible before.

The sales staff are very cold. You feel awkward buying anything. They aren’t personable. You just wanna run in and leave or buy online.

The sales Associate did the bare minimum. I purchased a charm and clip for my pandora bangle. I wore both pieces out but was not provided a bag or box for the Jewelry as I would normally. In addition after reviewing my receipt I was charged twice for the charm and not at all for the clip.

Shania D No. 171556 sales associate at Menlo Park store in edison nj served me today with very rude behavior. She did not like my presence in store. She threw my stuff and did not even thank me at end of transaction. My friend had same experience with sales associate Shania and Ashley at that store. Very disappointed and rude customer service by brand like pandora. Not a well trained staff. She made fun of me with another associate named Ashley.

The sales associate was inattentive, unfriendly, indifferent and short with us from the beginning to the end of the sale. She started the interaction with us by coming over to us while still doing something else and continued to work on something else without addressing us or looking up at us. After about 1 minute she impatiently asked us if we needed help. We had not said anything to her because we saw that she was busy and we were waiting for her to make herself available to us by a greeting or something as it is common in retail. She didn’t have the courtesy of greeting us and just asked what we wanted. Throughout the sale she made no effort to inform of us anything or assist us at all and at the end of the sale didn’t say thank you or any common courteous statement other than something to the effect of "here you go" when she finished bagging our purchase. I have bought several bracelets at this location and she didn’t even bother to find me in her system and just processed me as a new customer. I’m exceptionally dissatisfied with her lack of sales skills and lack of manners. This should normally be a pleasant experience and in this case was far from it.

At the Menlo Park pandora, I waited in line for 30 minutes OUTSIDE of the store while other patrons would go in and browse. I will never shop at a pandora again due to this absurd line and waiting procedure. Why should someone who knows exactly what they are entering the store to buy have to wait for other customers to browse around? I do not get it and Pandora has lost my service. Worst store set up I have ever encountered

I walked in the store and I was looking around with both of my girls age 11 and 19. We felt that Daniel, white pregnant lady profiled us because we were minorities. As I was looking around, she turned around, looked at my kids and said "are you going to buy anything! or are you going to stand there!" My 19 year old replied, "we are waiting to get help mam" she then proceeded and said "well! what do you want?!" I said to her if there was a problem, she gave me an attitude and asked another lady who was very kind to take over. I believe that she was inappropriate with the way she addressed my children and myself. She had no right to yell at them, nor speak to them the way she did. When I asked if I can place a complaint, I was told that she was the manager so I believe that it was best to address this in the survey. Better customer care is definitely expected as I was a paying customer. We made a purchase but was very disappointed with the way she addressed us and she continued to keep an eye on us throughout the entire time we were there. I am a professional with a degree and to be treated as a criminal was very degrading. This should not be tolerated.

Waited for over an hour to get a gift certificate. I was not purchasing any merchandise, but had to stand in line and wait for other customers to come out of the store that were "shopping". Absolutely ridiculous !!!!!! You people really need to re-evaluate this process for the holiday season next year. There should be a special line for gift certificates only.

Rubina Ahmed associate number 157272 was not helpful at all and had terrible customer service. I was very dissatisfied with the overfull experience.
