The manager of the Menlo Park/Edison location was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable wearing the merchandise. I will be back soon.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because as soon as I went in the store a very nice employee ask me what was the reason I visited Pandora I told her that I wanted a really nice ring and she took me directly to all the rings. I chose the one that I liked and she also told me about the sale that was going on at the time so we bought two rings for 20% off! So overall when we left I was so satisfied with my experience at Pandora because I got some thing I really wanted like the ring and everything went perfect and I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes because she took me exactly to the one I wanted.

Tylencia the manager of pandora in the Menlo Park mall is a sweetheart sweet as sugar her associate number is207926 you should give her a raise she always helps me I love her I’m married not that way she treats me like family and always greets me with a beautiful hello I love pandora jewelry it’s one of my favorite stores thank you tylencia for always treating me so good

When I entered the store i was greeted with a friendly greeting and a smile. The lady helped me and was very professional and courteous. Her name is Michele. S. Pandora needs to hire more employees like her! She was awesome
