The sales associate was very friendly and kind to me & my son, she went above & beyond to make sure I was very satisfied. She kept pushing for the credit card & even tho I declined she wAS still very helpful & nice to me.

The saleswoman was very accommodating, her name was little Michelle.

We shopped at store 218202 and were helped by two associates, a trainee and a veteran sales associate named Jaitaya (169151). They were wonderful! Warm, attentive, and extremely helpful. We got the perfect, personalized gift that we wanted for our mother’s 80th birthday and we’re treated with friendly, respectful, consideration. The sales associates knew the products inside and out and were wonderfully helpful and thoughtful. Jaitaya did a great job of helping the new associate direct the sales and made sure that she helped us without stepping on the trainee’s toes. It was very impressive—she is a natural manager and talents salesperson.

The selection of merchandise was very good and the sales associate was super helpful. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Came into the store on Thursday to purchase a graduation gift that was needed the next day. Upon walking into the store I was greeted by a salesgirl (Victoria) who assisted me the whole time I was there. Probably in the store for a good hour and no time did I feel rushed, she was very patient and offered her advice in helping me choose the perfect gift. She was YOUNG, very friendly, very patient and while one of the gifts that we were going to purchase, she noticed a defect in the earring, and was quick to inform us of this defect. Although there was not another of that particular earring, she did help is in picking another one out. She was truly a joy to work with.

The level of customer service is always on top and the salesperson is very knowledgeable of the products.

The young lady Victoria that helped me was very nice. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. All of the associates were knowledgeable, welcoming and nice. The selection was good, considering this was my first time shopping at Pandora. I was able to get what I wanted and left a very happy person.

I got exactly what I wanted and the service was good, I didn’t take long in the store and everything went quick
