Shayla helped me figure out exactly what to get. Was super helpful. I had to leave and return to another associate, Michele who was just as great. She helped me finish what I started earlier and made the entire transaction a smooth process.

My sales associate was Jaitaya J. She was incredibly attentive and help with any questions or concerns I may have had! I came into Pandora to just browse around and window shop, and ended up leaving with the rose-gold hardware moments band, a charm, and with the promotion that was going on, was able to also receive a free bangle. This is my first-ever purchase with Pandora and she did an exceptional job with assisting me! When I come in again, I would definitely ask to shop with her! Jaitaya was my sales associate and she remembered me. The bracelet I had purchased was broken. She replaced it and was efficient and friendly.

I was having a problem with my credit card and the associate Shay tried everything she could to help me with my purchase.we made several attempts and finally i said i have another card I can use and I did and the sale was complete. Thanks shaylla M.
