The Charm I was looking for was available, the Sales associate was friendly, the displays in the Windows & through the Store were beautiful & lent me ideas of Charms to add to my wish list. My only suggestion would be in how the Charms are stored. They should not all be dumped together in a box with no protective covering around them. In the past I’ve frequently had to ask sales associates to Pull multiple charms so I could purchase one with no scratches on it.
