Pandora Jewelry

We visited a store in Woodbridge NJ, and they were not helpful as they gave us wrong information regarding where we can make an exchange. We had to drive to Menlo Park NJ and there we were informed they should have help us at the first pandora and they took care of my issue right away.

The associate was friendly and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly where things were and helped me in a timely manner. I was in and out in 10 min!

I was very pleased with my sales associate Victoria at the menlo park nj store. This was my first time in pandora and Victoria not only helped me select a great gift for my niece 16th birthday she was able to help with sizing even though my niece was not even there. Victoria deserves 5 star rating and is truly an asset to this store. Greeting, friendliness, knowledge and close out of sale with Victoria was a delightful experience.

They place their safety as well as the customer by clearing all countertop after each person, they take their time to fine what you are looking for They tell you how to take care of your jewelry if you got any concerns They are willing to do whatever they can to help 😉

I like how they store is never overcrowded you form a line to a sale person can deal with just you they give you there full attention they are willing to answer any questions you may have also they tell you how to take good care of your jewelry if you have something with silicon they tell to keep it away from whatever may make it not do whatever it suppose to do

The salesperson, Sandra Y. #149555, was really nice and helpful. She provided detail explanation of the products and answered all my questions perfectly. I really enjoyed my experience the. The store was also beautiful and I liked how spacious it is. Menlo's Pandora was really great and I loved that they had the charm that I was looking for for months. I really lucked out. I know that because of the holidays and the pandemic is hurting inventory so I am trying to be understanding. But it would help is the a pandora store had access to other pandora stores inventory. I really looked for this charm online, the Las Vegas online store, and two other pandora stores. I think that would be helpful. Menlo's and Bridewater's are by far the best stores I've been at.
