I loved my ring and had a great sales associate sell to me. I got the wrong size and it was pretty easy exchanging the sizes.

In March of 2019 my Mother passed and shortly after I went to this store to take her charms and put them on a lanyard to wear as a bracelet for myself (a man) in addition to purchasing 2 charms to make it personal for myself. The sales person, Jaitaya, was great and I was very happy. This year I was scrolling through Facebook and a pop up ad for the new Dumbo charm appeared. Being my favorite Disney character I took it as a sign and decided to buy myself and early Christmas gift. I was lucky enough to be helped by Jaitaya who remembered me, the story about my Mom and so many personal details that I was so moved to think that a sales person could care that much about a random customer. SHE is VERY special and the only reason I am taking the time to fill out this survey. You are lucky to have her!
