Your sales Representaive , Scarlett S. was friendly and attentive. Scarlett was knowledgeable about the Pandora collections and guided me to my purchase. I purchased an additonal jewelry item based on her suggestions that was a good complement to my original purchase. I was pleased that she was patient and good natured . Although it was very close to closing time at your store she went above and beyond to make the me pleased with my Pandora experience.

The Menlo Park Pandora is AMAZING!! Especially the sales associate i had named Jaitaya. She was so welcoming and easy to have a conversation with. I came in to buy some charms for a family member for Christmas and i already had 2 in mind. I told her what they were and she got them right away! I then explained i wanted to get another one but wasn’t sure what. We went through my family members interests and hobbies and she led me in the direction of a charm that would be perfect for her. My experience with Jaitaya was actually quite fun. My friend also accompanied me and she ended up buying charms as well!

The thing that I love the most was that the associate who help also speak Spanish so she made my experience more easy, she was very kind.
