I went in to purchase presents for Christmas and the customer service was amazing!!!

Fatima, the sales associate that helped me, was PHENOMENAL! She was so patient with me and really gave me a lot of time and attention! I was able to make an amazing purchase, exactly like I wanted, to fill my bracelet. And she was so patient with me and willing to go above and beyond to service my purchase :)

Walked into the store and I was greeted by an associate who was already with a customer. I was told they would be with me shortly and I was taken care of in a few minutes. Michelle L was great!

My purchases had had wentvtwice on Sunday were handled in the MenloPark store in NewJersey. The manager Tynis terrific and then I had a sales person Champagne who was also terrific. I think these workers are so informed professional and pateint. The credit begins with the leadership of the manager Ty . It's was a very pleasant experience to which I returned in the afternoon to purchase additional Christmas gifts. There are two Pandora stores within 3 miles in different malls but the service can't be compared at all, Ty runs a great service to customers and a truly wonderful experience which invites you to return. Champagne was just lovely as well.

Even though there was a line to get into the store, I was greeted outside the store by the manager who assured me that I would be allowed in as soon as possible. She was extremely friendly and when I was allowed in she inquired why I was there and offered assistance while I was waiting for an available associate. This high level of service lasted through my shopping experience.

It was great.
