Jaitaya from the beginning was ultimately kind and knowledgeable. i stopped in a while ago and ask someone to clean my 7year old daughters bracelet and they said they couldn't at the time( to busy ). Although busy Jaitaya never even thought to say no. she knew it was for my daughter and said " we'll get this cleaned up for her don't worry ". that meant the world to me i really wanted it cleaned for Ava. Jaitaya was awesome!!!
