There was a velvet rope outside the door and sinkage explaining the new store occupancy due to Covid. I truly appreciated that. I only had to wait moments to be invited inside. The two ladies working were very pleasant. Jailaya assisted me. I asked about a few items and she was immediately familiar with them. She was able to quickly find them in the catalog and from the showcase. She also gave me advice on how to care for my items at home.
