I visited Pandora at Menlo Park Mall in NJ on two occasions. The first time Jaitya was my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and had an awesome personality. On the next visit, Michele was my salesperson, and I had the same experience with her. Both of them made me feel welcome in the store, were patient with me, and help me with selecting items I really love. For example, I have two bracelets; and Michele arranged my charms to make them balanced.
