The representative was amazing. Her name started with a J. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Just because of her service, I will be returning to purchase another bracelet for a family member.

I honestly had no intentions of shopping today for any jewelry. But, as I was walking out of the optometrist, there was a Pandora display near the exit. I saw a charm that I thought was quite frankly unique. I thought, I might as well ask. I appreciate the customer service as it was difficult to find. Absolutely happy with my unexpected and unplanned purchase.

Planning to go to Pandora is my favorite thing to do. I love the how the workers treat the customers. I always walk out satisfied with my purchase.
