The service was great. The young lady that helped me was very kind and took her time, as i didn't have a clue as to what i wanted to get. I was getting a mothers day gift in behalf of my father to my mother. The young lady gave me ideas and showed me charms that i might like and i did purchase some of them. It was a great day.

Realmente todo fue muy bueno incluso cuando la joven que me atendió no sabía hablar español, creo que deberían tener personal para atender a todo público sin importar el idioma (por lo menos los más común, Ingles y español) pero todo lo demás fue muy amable y profesional.

Michele was a great sales associate. She was able to help me pick out a great gift for my mom and she even made a few nice suggestions. She also offered to clean my bracelet which I shopped for my items. Thanks Michele

Michele provides exceptional customer service. My mom and I visited to purchase a few charms for mother's day. Michele noticed my rose gold bracelet was dull. I'd explained where I purchased it at and the cleaning instructions I was given. She informed me that was incorrect and provided new instruction! It worked! My bracelet is shining again!

Although the wait was long and only two were allowed in store which i wish there could be more associates helping inside, the lady outside was very kind and helpful.

The sales associate was friendly and helpful as well as patient. She had terrific knowledge base of products. She even let me look at her bracelets on her wrist and she made sure to clean the counter thoroughly.
