I was highly satisfied with the customer service and the employees because they made sure to follow the COVID protocols in the store during my visit.

Associate Ms. Michelle S was rather helpful and knowledgeable for the appropriate bracelet selection. Ms. Michelle was quite patient in explaining how to care for selected items. Ms. Michelle was extremely friendly and polite.

Jaitaya is an amazing sales associate. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel both welcomed and appreciated as a customer. She got my order, and put together the bracelet so that I could see my bracelet and charms all together. She also showed me other charms and clips that would compliment what I had already bought, and I ended up buying 3 more charms and a cleaning kit!

The fact the we have the pandemic I was very satisfied the way they kep the place clean and only allowed very few customers into the store. The selection of jewelry was great.
