Kira was patient, attentive and listened to my questions while helping me locate the perfect Mother’s Day gift. She also offered to do a quick clean of my bracelet I had on and let me know I can come in any morning prior to shopping to drop off for the full service cleaning. Her attention to what I asked and by pinpointing what I may like based on my conversation was extremely helpful. We never felt rushed and she was so sweet.

I love all pandora items, quality and prices too the only think is that they should add more gold color items because there is not a lot of options compare to the others. Also great customer service
