I visited the Woodbridge Pandora and the customer service was so horrendous. I tried to return a bracelet I purchased from Woodbridge Pandora but the receipt was never emailed to me. The associate refused even attempt to look up the receipt, but looked up the warranty. I called Menlo Pandora to see if they could help and said yes. I drove to Menlo Pandora and was very well taken care of. Michelle was able to find my receipt and gave me absolutely no issues. I will only be doing my shopping at Pandora at Menlo and avoid Woodbridge at all costs.
