She found the last remaining available item for me that I was looking for and made my girlfriends Valentine’s Day a success. Michelle in the Menlo Park mall was AMAZING

Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Pandora. This was my first visit to the Menlo Park Mall location since I recently relocated to the area. I received another bracelet recently as a birthday gift so of course I went to purchase some charms. This is now my 3rd bracelet. But my 1st one in rose gold. I arrived and stood on a marked line outside the store. Hand sanitizer was available for customer use. Once the sales associate finished with her last customer, she sanitized the area, her hands, and the touched jewelry. I was called in and she was ready to assist me. Shame on me because I usually get names, but this associate was so pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I also bought another charm for my silver bracelet. FYI both of those bracelets are about 95% full so I shop here A LOT!!! The charms were so pretty but of course I ran out of the house without the bracelets. She offered me to return to the store with them if I needed help getting them on. Her service was prompt and extremely professional. Let's just say I will definitely be back sooner than later.
