I went to Woodbridge and Menlo park mall everyone in both store literally made eye contact and made sure I was being helped. One associate in Woodbridge went above and beyond finding my daughter headphone charm and gave me info on perks of being a VIP member along with great customer service. She sent me to Menlo where the charm was being held. Despite the store closing and the long line, the ladies got everyone in. I was the last client in and didn't feel rushed at all. Not only was I able to pick up the charm on hold, i was able shop for more and got my current pieces a quick cleaning. Although I personally knew the ladies were ready to go as anyone else would be, they didn't show a sign of it one bit. Thanks to both stores Pandora will continue to have a loyal client! My daughter and I are happy campers!!!
