customer service was great and I got what I was looking for

During COVID-19, it is important to keep 6 feet away from everyone, and because the Pandora store is a small vicinity, this store does a perfect job of that. The staff is nice and their guidance in choosing the right jewelry for me is spot on.

The customer service in this location is always exceptional!

My experiences during my sales visit with Laurelle, my sales associate was EXCELLENT! She was thorough, attentive and an excellent representation of the company. She did a great job with me and I was grateful to get her! I spen in excess of $500 as a result of her great work! I was NOT happy with the long wait to get in the store. Further, the Manager was in the store, but she did not take customers because she seemed to be doing inventory and as such, the wait on line grew to be an average of 20 minutes or more! When I left the store there was about 10 people on line. That isn't a good thing and had I not been serviced, I would have left. The manger should have taken customers at that time, yet she ignored everyone. That needs to change... we deserve better.

The sales rep Laurelle M helped me out, didn't waste my time. She heard my concerns, addressed and corrected them. She was also wearing a mask!

Sales associate was pleasant to work with. In accordance with safety guidelines Pandora was fully on board. Service was rendered safely and wait time was less than 2 minutes. Overall enjoyed the service and merchandise.
