Love the store and the girls who work there!

the store is very nice clean. all the associates specially lauren and ari are phenominal. great experience

Salesperson was friendly but not pushy.

They did a great job. My only complaint is it was unclear online which locations were open and which were only offering curbside. I had to call multiple times before anyone answered the store phone and told me that the location I wanted to go to (outside of a mall setting) was not open and my order had to be placed over the phone by going online and using item numbers. I completely understand why they’re doing this and I’m ok w/ it, I just wish the site had been more clear. But after that everything was easy and the sales person who helped me did a great job.

selection of charms was very low. did not find the charms i was looking for. ended up purchasing something different

Staff was friendly and attentive, but the store had no gold chains to match my gold charm.

Item I wanted was not available. Also had to wait quite a while for an associate to be available.

I was very satisfied

I was not satisfied with the selection, they did not have some of the pieces I wanted. So that dramatically changed what I purchased and made my experience longer.
