I had to exchange a charm, i had my gift and the regular receipt; but this girl named Mariah was very rude, she acted as she owned the store and I was going to robbed her! she is not friendly at all, somebody has to tell her that because of CUSTOMERS like me she gets a paycheck! Thankfully another girl named Celia was there and she helped me, she is very nice, polite and friendly.

I feel like the items that were on sale did not meet the statement that was made to us before Christmas. We were told that everything in the store would be on sale and only the retired items were on sale.

I was not highly satisfied because I was looking for a bracelet and would have liked all of the bracelets to be in the same location so I could compare.

I observed another customer being treated unfairly. A young lady brought in an item which had lost a stone. She had the receipt. She was told the item would be replaced, but the store did not have that item in stock, and since the item was on sale at other stores, she was only offered store credit for the sale price, not the full price. The customer was told to try another store. That makes no sense to me, and represents a very poor customer service policy. I’d hate to think that’s how I’d be treated as a customer who has bought thousands of dollars worth of Pandora products over the years.

Arrived with the intent of exchanging a bracelet - due to it being defected. They didn’t have the bracelet size available and they stated they could not order it and even if they could they wouldn’t know or be able to tell me when it arrived. SERIOUSLY!

They appeared to be under staffed. The wait was forever and after 20 minutes, three people came from the back to finally start helping customers, but yet they seemed unable to do anything other than bag items. This was after I had already called two days ago to have all of the items set aside. Just to pick those items up, took 40 minutes. Ridiculous.

The assistant manager and the store manager were both extremely rude. They gave my mother and I attitude while we were trying to purchase several hundred dollars in merchandise. Due to the poor experience we ended up returning the majority of our purchase and went to James Avery instead where we were treated well. I will not be shopping at pandora again due to the poor treatment at the Vineyard Pandora location in San Antonio, Texas. What happened to etiquette and quality customer service? That location gives your ENTIRE brand a bad name. The reviews on google aren't good either. I am obviously NOT the only one who received poor treatment.
