We went in there and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me so much pick out a nice gift.

I was not satisfied with the salesperson who gave me the sample ring without cleaning it. So, Said to her, Is there a ring I could get that no one has tried on? She looked said nothing to me. Took another sampled ring came over to and said, “I’ll go to the back and clean this one”. Why are the associates instructed to give unused rings or clean them off Sampled items before selling?
