Called in advance about a specific product. The girl I spoke with on the phone who’s name was either Bella or Bri was very knowledgeable. Knew the product I was referring to was in stock and the price of it without hesitation.

I came in to have my bracelet cleaned because it had gotten a little dull through the summer months with suntan lotion, soap, etc. The sales associates were very helpful and pleasant. And I actually wound up buying a charm that I hadn’t expected to purchase.

When we entered the store we were greeted by Briana and she pointed us right to the earrings I described, she showed us other options as well as a necklace that matched what we were looking for, we purchased the earrings and the matching necklace and were thrilled with the excellent customer service as well as the nice box for the items as well as nice tissue paper and a bag, it will be a great presentation for the birthday gift.
