I ordered products online and they didn’t work for me when I got them the bracelet was way too small and the charms didn’t fit. Diane was able to resolve my issue and help find something if not several things to my liking.

I went online and made my purchase, then the following day was told that the charm I wanted was out of stock. I looked to see if the store had it and they did.
