Pandora Jewelry

Been at this local many times before and during the pandemic! The Mgr, Briana is great!!!

I was able to exchange items I purchased online to this store and be able to choose some other new items without any difficulties.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival in the store. I was asked what brought me in today? I came in for polishing cloths and was suggested the new liquid jewelry cleaner in which I purchased. After completing the transaction the association sprayed and wiped down the credit machine which I appreciate them taking concern for the customers. I was also offered to see the new Harry Potter collection that just came out which was nice to show me new merchandise in case I was interested.

The sales person was very patient showing my daughter all the available small bracelets.

The customer service was dope. Jennifer was patient and very knowledgable of the store’s inventory and quickly found everything i was looking for.. She actually made me want to continue to shop more

My daughter and I came in to purchase special graduation gifts for her friends. We had a price point in mind and Diane was able to show us items that we ultimately purchased. Both Diana and Briana also helped me pick out charms for my bracelet. Briana took the time to reconfigure the charms on my bracelet and cleaned it up for me. Great customer service and friendly staff.
