First, the sales representative, Diane, remembered me. She was very helpful and recommended a few pieces to me. I liked her recommendations and brought the one piece she showed me.

The sales reps helped me as soon as i entered the store. They had knowledge of the items I was looking for and even gave me great advice.

We asked for specific charms and unfortunately they were out of what we were looking for.

Diane and associate were super helpful in making suggestions for products i was looking for.

Service was very good

Tracy and Diane were great. I had purchased a bracelet online and they sent wrong size. They were very apologetic that it would have to be return to the online store.. when we tried the bracket it actually fit. So they took the time to explain to me that my charms had to be screwed on too. Which I didn’t know.. explain my bracelet design to me.. I was very happy with the service I received..

Bella assisted me and did a fantastic job at helping me pick out charms that I love. She was nothing but sweet and took the time to give me suggestions on what I wanted.

I was highly satisfied with the way Melissa helped me choose the exact bracelet and charms that I wanted. Everyone in the store was so nice and informative on the products and which products worked best for which bracelet.

The person was kind and knew what I was looking to purchase. She helped me pick out additional items and even made sure I knew about the sale.
