Highly disappointed (my wife was) of the quality (plastic) Christmas ornament that came with the charm this year. Wife loved the charm, disappointed with plastic ornament. Rockette's ornaments and Lenox ornament were very nice!

They were crowded but moved quickly to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. The employees were extremely friendly. The store was stocked with everything I was looking for.

My experience was outstanding. The care of the associate that helped my wife and I was phenomenal. She took her time and answered all of our questions. She provided multiple items for my wife to view and made our purchase experience amazing. My wife walked out with a necklace that she loves and was glowing the rest of the night wearing. Thank you so much we will be back to purchase another necklace for my mother by the end of the month.

I was very satisfied with the friendliness & willingness of the associate. She has a genuine concern to assist in purchasing a product which is satisfying. And the amount of patience she has was fantastic

Everyone was so nice

It was less than a week before Christmas and was greeted promptly. I assume the person who greeted me may have been a mgr because she then called 2 associates to assist. The one associate seemed to be in training. All were very helpful. The mgr seemed to be making sure all the associates were able to assist the customers. I used to work in retail and was very impressed.

My sales representative was Sidra I No. 1129078230. Her greeting and exceptional help made my visit very pleasant. She was also very knowledgeable in sales. I will continue to come back to Pandora and let friends know because of her.
