Pandora has custom designs you cant find anywhere else. Clean and pleasant crew. Warm welcoming and good pace.

I love pandora and I come to complete my bracelet and purchase other items as well like rings and earrings I will recommend my friends and family as well as co workers just love you guys!

The sale associates are always friendly and knowledge about what is currently available in the store. They always give advice on cleaning and caring for your purchase.

I was looking for a specific charm and Tracy went out of her way to try and locate the item, She suggested a similar item but kept looking for the charm I was looking for. Tracy was able to locate the last Stitch Xmas charm in the store for me which was hidden under another item.

The employees were so friendly and accommodating. The environment was very welcoming. When they couldn’t find the ring I wanted they triple checked each area it could be.

Diane and Bella were so helpful. I had ordered a charm bracelet online that wound up being too small. (I am new to Pandora) They walked me through the best types of charms to start off with (charms and clips) - things I had NO CLUE about. I wish I had known that there was a store near me (guess I should have looked into it - only knew of the one at the Cherry Hill Mall and that is too crowded on Black Friday. I ordered my items on Black Friday. I really hope there is another sale before Christmas. I didn't know what I was doing before - and now that I do... I'd like to take advantage of the sales once more. I also now want one for myself and will be putting that on my own Christmas list. lol
