I came to the store because I was upset my charm kept falling off and my reflexions bracelet broke within under a week of ownership. When I walked through the door Jennifer greeted me by my first name. Which was very impressive considering that was only third time I visited the store and she had a friendly smile. Originally I wanted to just return everything I purchased and just get my money back, but since she provided an such an exceptional customer service experience I just exchanged both items and ended up purchasing more.
