The item I wanted to purchase had recently been discontinued and I was super excited that this location had it. The sales associate worked with me to find the correct size and assisted me in adding the charms I had previously purchased for the bracelet.

Always friendly and willing to help! Knowledgeable, as Bella has been there longer. I inquired on the club charm the movable dangle clam with pearl which I said I’d get another time. She brought it out for me to handle; really nice charm! It was suggested if I purchased that also, I would be able to have the transaction without interest if paid with the allotted time. I just wanted to wait, but appreciated the thought and I have taken advantage of it before.

I came in to see if they could fix the bracelet I got a couple of years ago. They they couldn't but I could purchase a new one which probably cheaper than if I went to my neighborhood jewelry store, plus she cleaned my charms and now it looks like a brand new bracelet love it.
