I went into the store specifically for a bracelet I saw in your mailer. I was greeted instantly by Diane. The store had the bracelet but not the size I needed. I left my information so I could be contacted when the bracelet became available. I left the store and as soon as I got into my car, another associate came to let me know they had found (in the store) the bracelet I wanted. I was able to purchase it and Diane made suggestions for a gift for my granddaughter’s upcoming birthday.

I loved the charms I got. The ladies helped me out to pick the perfect gift for my mother.

It doesn't matter if I'm creating an entire bracelet or buying one charm or just looking, they are friendly, knowledgeable and make any experience feel like you are shopping with your friends.
