Bora was fantastic! I had a specific purpose for visiting this store and had a specific idea/charm in mind of what I wanted to purchase for a friend's birthday. She brought out all of the Christmas charm options they had in stock and went through each charm with me. She was amazing!

Everyone in the store was very helpful and kind. I didn't know what I wanted going into the store so they were very patient with me and helped me pick out some nice gifts for my mom. Overall was a great store compared to other Pandora stores I have been to in the area.
