The sales associates were incredibly kind and helpful. Although the store was busy, the sales associate made eye contact with me and kindly added my name to the waiting list. She offered me a booklet to look through while I waited, and she provided me with updates as to when I would be helped. I felt appreciated and valued as a customer.

I visited Pandora store in Marlton on December 7, 2018. This was my first time shopping at Pandora. My daughter, who is 9 years old, wanted a bracelet with fun charms. I walked in to the store, everyone was smiling and they asked if I needed assistance. I had a lot of questions and I spent a long time at the store. Juanita and Briana helped me. The sales team worked together, were very helpful, efficient and knowledgable. I was welcomed and comfortable, even thought the store was pretty busy at the time. Everyone was in a good holiday mood. I ended up purchasing a bracelet with charms for my daughter and a bracelet with charms for my niece. I think the store is well operated and very well managed. So thank you for that experience, you guys.
