Everyone was helpful when I walked in. I was on a 45 minute lunch break, so my time was limited. I was helped by an associate in training, so it took her a little longer. She was thorough, it was my lack of time that made the experience less than what I would have liked.

I purchased a necklace & earring set online on cyber Monday. I received the items yesterday-the necklace was all tangled & notted & the earrings were thrown in an inappropriate box. The staff straightened up the items, wrapped them & made them all pretty & I ended up buying a couple more items from them. I don't think I will ever buy anything from Pandora online again! But I will definitely go back to this store. They took great care of me!
