The sales associates were so helpful and friendly. They had many suggestions to help with my purchase . They were also so knowledgeable about all of the merchandise. I really love this store compared to the cherry hill location.

Everyone in the store acknowledges your arrival with a friendly smile and greeting. Extremely helpful and follow through on what needs to be done. I had a bracelet stolen and the sales associate was very helpful in locating a replacement. The bracelet was a limited edition and I was extremely grateful that it could be replaced. I have very positive things to say about my visit to this store and reluctant to shop elsewhere as I have not had such an experience.

I love this store. All of the people who work in this store are friendly and willing to take time with you as you are making a selection. This is ABSOLUTELY my FAVORITE Pandora store!! I used to go to the one in the Cherry Hill Mall but with the fabulous customer service and awesome employees, I will ONLY return here.

Location is great - I am handicapped and I can pull up out front and do my shopping also the sales associates are so helpful with making my decisions easier

Your staff is amazing Jenn, David remember me and previous purchased. They know my style and unconnected with other as well. We laugh and appreciate me by their genuine show of being engaged. I feel valued at this location and it 30 minutes away from where I live but they make it worth my trip. Your cherry Hill mall location is too impersonal and you are overlooked especially due peak seasons and they are not accommodating when it come to jewelry cleaning!

The associates were very accommodating, and helpful. Both women expained the process of applying for a credit card and I was able to get a discount. Brought beautiful pandora jewelry and have been wearing it every since I left the store.
